Terms of Service for Biryani2Go

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Biryani2Go (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://biryani2go.co.uk/ website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

We offer products for sale on the Site. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information for all purchases made via the Site. All payments shall be made through WooCommerce’s integrated payment processing system.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

5. ORDER FULFILMENT: COLLECTION ONLY

All products purchased through the Site are available for COLLECTION ONLY. We do not offer a delivery service.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation with details regarding the collection time and location. It is your responsibility to collect your order from the specified addresses listed here: https://biryani2go.co.uk/pickup-locations/

Orders not collected during the specified time frame may be disposed of, and no refund will be issued.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Use the Site for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Site or the networks or services connected to the Site.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of England and Wales. Biryani2Go and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

10. DISCLAIMER

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
