Our Commitment
At Biryani2Go, we take great pride in the quality of our food. We prepare every order with care and fresh ingredients. Your satisfaction is very important to us. This policy outlines the circumstances under which we can offer a refund or other remedy.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for reasons of personal taste preference or for orders that are not collected.
When We Offer Refunds or Replacements
We will be happy to offer a refund or replace an item under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Order: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please notify our staff immediately upon collection.
We cannot process refunds for complaints made on subsequent days.
When Refunds Are Not Provided
We are unable to provide refunds in the following situations:
- Change of Mind: We cannot offer a refund if you change your mind after an order has been placed and paid for.
- Dislike of Taste: We cannot offer refunds for products because you do not like the taste.
- Failure to Collect: If you fail to collect your order at the specified time, you will not be eligible for a refund. Our food is cooked to order and must be collected promptly to ensure its quality.
How to Raise an Issue and Request a Refund
If you have an issue with your order that falls into one of the categories above, please follow these steps:
- Check Your Order on Collection: We strongly encourage you to check your items at our collection point to ensure your order is correct. It is the quickest and easiest way to resolve any issues.
- Contact Us Immediately: If you discover an issue after leaving our premises, please contact us as soon as possible on the same day.

- Provide Proof: We may ask you to provide a photograph of the incorrect or unsatisfactory item.
- Return the Item: To process a refund for an unsatisfactory item, we may require you to return the uneaten portion of the food to our premises for inspection.
Processing Your Refund
If your refund request is approved, the funds will be returned to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
